We have lab capabilities located in our office for your convenience.  Our office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm and Wednesday 8:00am-1230am.  After hours, we may be reached for emergencies by dialing the office phone number, (503) 963-9181.

    We accept most major insurance plans.  In addition, we offer a discount for those who are paying cash and do not currently have insurance.
